David P. Barley, Sr., CPA, MBADavid Barley has been practicing public accounting for more than 20 years. He provides three major areas of proficiency; tax services (income, retirement, investment, estate and gift tax planning), financial services (compilation of financial statements, payroll tax compliance, and workers’ compensation insurance compliance), and business consulting services (litigation support, best process analysis, software selection and implementation).
A graduate of the University of Florida (MBA) and the University of North Florida (BS), David holds a master’s degree in management and a bachelor’s degree in accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant. David serves on the FICPA University of Florida Accounting Conference Committee and is a member of the FICPA Litigation & Valuation Services Section.
David serves on the American Lung Association’s Planned Giving Committee and is the Chapter Financial Advisor for the University of Central Florida’s Sigma Chi Fraternity.
He enjoys football, boating and travel.

Matthew “Matt” C. McNamara, CPA, CISA Matt McNamara has been practicing as a Certified Public Accountant for 13 years. He began his career at two of the World’s largest accounting firms, Arthur Andersen and Grant Thornton, before moving over to the industry sector as corporate controller for Anchor Glass and director of internal audit for MarineMax Corporation. He returned to Grant Thornton as a senior manager to oversee a client list in the following industries; technology, manufacturing, construction, and transportation. Matt led both private equity and venture capital engagements and managed key relationships for the firm’s portfolio companies. He currently serves as the audit practice leader at BMWMJ.
Matt graduated from the University of Florida in 1998 with a Masters Degree of Accounting. He holds licenses as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Florida and nationally, as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
He is a graduate of Leadership Tampa Bay and a member of the Association of Corporate Growth, Florida West Coast Employee Benefits Council, Community Association Institute, The Outback Bowl, and Junior Achievement.
He enjoys golf and watersking.

Vicky G. Wild, CPAVicky Wild has provided tax advisory services for over 20 years. She has worked extensively with closely held businesses and the owners. Her experience includes dealing with all types of entities (Corporation, S-Corporation, Partnership, Individual, Multi-State returns) in the real estate, construction, manufacturing, wholesale, retail and service industries. Additionally, she has worked on individual’s trust and estate tax issues and income tax planning.
Vicky graduated from the University of North Florida with a BBA degree in Accounting. She is a licensed Florida CPA and a member of the AICPA and FICPA.
Vicky serves the Jacksonville community through her volunteer work associated with Southpoint Civitan.
Vicky resides in Fleming Island, FL with her husband and two children.
Sonny F. Martin, CPASonny Martin has been in the practice of public accounting for over thirty years. He provides expertise in individual, corporate, trust and estate taxation. He has a strong background in financial and estate planning for corporations and individuals as well as in business consulting.
He serves on several boards including the position as treasurer for the American Lung Association of the Southeast. He volunteers regularly at the Beaches Mission House for the homeless and as a mentor for under privileged children.
Sonny is a graduate of Jacksonville University and holds active licenses in real estate and insurance.
He enjoys sports, pets and all beach related activities.
Sonny resides in Jacksonville Beach with his wife and child.
Danny JacksonDanny Jackson has been in the consulting business for over 17 years.
While at RR Donnelley, his client list included major corporations: Remington Arms, Basset Walker, Sara Lee, RJ Reynolds and Lab Corp. He worked at Nortel (previously known as Northern Telecom, a 40 billion telecommunications company) where his client list included: Stein Mart, Blue Cross Blue Shield of FL, JEA, and The City of Jacksonville. Before joining BMWMJ he served as Grant Thornton’s liaison for the firm’s clients within a multitude of industries: technology, manufacturing, construction, and transportation. Currently, Danny serves as BMWMJ’s client liaison for client services, practice development, and manages the firm’s consulting services.
Danny graduated with a BS in Business from Wake Forest University in Winston Salem, NC.
He has served on the Leadership Tampa Bay board, as Chair of the Finance Committee and he is currently a member of; Association of Corporate Growth, Florida West Coast Employee Benefits Council, The Outback Bowl, and Junior Achievement of Tampa Bay’s Auction Committee.
Danny is an avid golfer. He played football in college for Wake Forest and enjoys both participating and watching sports, especially those involving his children.
Danny resides in Lutz, FL with his wife and three children.
